From Asset to Render

3D CGI & Animation

Photoreal 3D that earns its place in the shot. The bar isn't 'looks 3D'. It's 'doesn't look 3D'.

The Work

Built, rendered, integrated.

Asset builds, CG environments, particle simulations. Rendered to match the lens you shot on, the lighting that drove the plate, the look the director set.

01

3D Asset Building

Characters, props, environments, and set pieces modeled, textured, and delivered game-ready or film-grade. Asset-library scale when a project demands it.

02

CGI 3D Content

Fully CG-generated content. Photo-real environments, products, and scenes built entirely in 3D, rendered to match film and broadcast standards without a live-action plate.

03

Particle Simulations

Smoke, fire, water, dust, sparks, magic. Simulated effects that add visual impact to any shot. Atmospheric effects, destruction, fluid simulation, and energy effects.

How a project moves through us

A predictable path from brief to delivery.

01

Share Your Brief

Send us concept art, references, and shot context. We assess scope and complexity within 24 hours.

02

Look Development

Early concept renders and look-dev frames so we align on the visual target before full production.

03

Build + Render

Asset builds, lighting, simulation, and multi-pass rendering matched to your plate's look.

04

QC + Delivery

Triple QC pass, then delivery in your pipeline format. Multi-pass EXRs for compositing flexibility.

What You Need to Provide

  • Concept art or visual references
  • Technical specifications (scale, dimensions)
  • Live-action plates for integration
  • Camera data (lens, focal length, sensor size)
  • HDRI or lighting references
  • Brand guidelines (for product viz)

Turnaround

Varies by complexity. Simple product renders in 3-5 days. Complex CG environments or character work in 2-4 weeks. We provide realistic timelines upfront based on thorough assessment.

Where This Fits In Your Pipeline

3D CGI sits in the middle of the chain. Storyboard maps the shot upstream, matchmove locks the track for asset placement, then compositing integrates the renders into the plate. Brief the full chain together and we sequence the work so the plate, track, and renders all arrive ready for comp.

Why Choose Us

NDA-Ready, TPN Certified

TPN-certified pipeline. NDAs signed when your project requires them. Built for major-studio security baselines.

Triple QC Process

Three rounds of internal checks before anything reaches your inbox. We catch issues so you never have to.

Pipeline Adaptive

Your tools, your specs, your naming. We work in your pipeline, not ours.

Scale On Demand

10 shots or 1,000, we ramp up the team without dropping the quality bar.

First-Pass Discipline

Process designed to clear review on the first pass. Fewer notes, shorter cycles, less back-and-forth.

Made to Evoke

Photoreal isn't enough. Evoking emotion from something that doesn't exist is the craft.

What Our Clients Say

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you match CG elements to our live-action footage?
Yes. The lighting reference hierarchy we work from: a spherical HDRI light dome captured on set if it's there (the gold standard for image-based lighting, or IBL — using the actual on-set environment as the light source), chrome and gray ball references if HDRIs weren't shot, and reconstructed lighting from plate analysis as the fallback when neither was captured. Whichever the plate gives us, we match it on the CG side.
Do you provide multi-pass renders for compositing?
Absolutely. We deliver full AOV passes in EXR format for maximum compositing flexibility.
Can you work from concept art?
Yes. We regularly work from concept art, rough sketches, or verbal descriptions. Look development starts with style frames (single-frame renders that lock the look) and turntables (the asset rotated through 360° under reference lighting) so creative alignment happens before full production starts. Course corrections are cheap at the style-frame stage and expensive after.
What about animation and rigging?
We handle character rigging, mechanical rigging, and animation. From simple product turntables to complex character performances.
How do you handle large-scale environments?
We break complex environments into manageable components, use procedural techniques where appropriate, and optimize for rendering efficiency without compromising visual quality.
What formats do you deliver in?
We deliver in whatever format your pipeline requires. Common formats include EXR multi-pass, Alembic caches, FBX, USD, and format-specific project files.
