What tools do you use for rotoscopy?

How do you handle motion blur in roto?
Motion blur is where mattes typically fail — edges that slide, jitter, or crawl between frames. We feather mattes by hand on the partial-transparency edges, so motion-blurred and wispy areas keep their soft, see-through quality across frames instead of cutting hard. Where the plate carries motion vector data we use it to reinforce the work. Compers downstream don't have to fight the matte, which is the point.
Can you handle green screen keying with uneven lighting?
Yes. Multi-key setups with overlapping keys cover the range, then spill suppression cleans the green or blue cast bleeding onto the subject, and manual matte refinement holds the edges where automatic keying loses them. Hair, motion blur, and translucent fabrics each get their own pass.
What matte formats do you deliver?
